Through the Blue Door

In another life, I traveled the world. Places like Tunisia, Sardinia, the Republic of Ireland, Spain and France each held for me the blending of modern vibrance grounded in the Old World.

The colored doors, especially blue ones, always seemed to invite me into 'home' even when I was far from it.

This Blue Door invites viewers into the unknown; strange but safe, guided from Threshold into Future.

This piece feels like the Mediterranean; the bright light reflecting the white of Santorini, the warmth of North African souks, spice markets and sea breezes.

He is 36" x 36" x 1.5" and is $6200.
